InventHelp® Compliance Department Helps Ensure Honesty

InventHelp Scam Warning advises you to be suspicious of companies that behave like scams and are not truthful at every stage of dealing with you. That means:

  • Before – Have truthful advertisements with no hype or implication of success. Anyone who promises you success with an invention may be trying to scam you.
  • During – Sales representatives, contracts and literature all say the same thing. All services promised are listed in writing and make sense to you.
  • After – Customer service people tell you the same things the literature and sales people told you.

InventHelp has a specific before, during and after policy of integrity – unlike some companies that may be out to scam inventors. We don't begin our submission services unless our clients agree in advance that we are on the same page.

InventHelp's Full-Time Compliance Department

InventHelp has a definite guidance policy for our sales people and staff to deal honestly with the public. To accomplish this goal, we have a full-time Compliance Department to keep on top of these matters. Our Compliance Department is proactive and contacts sales representatives and staff regularly to talk about any customer misunderstandings or other problems.

A major way that InventHelp separates itself from unscrupulous invention firms is by having a full-time Compliance Department. We believe InventHelp is the only inventor service company with a staff dedicated to maintaining honesty throughout.

You should ask any invention company with which you plan to work if they have a Compliance Department. Reputable firms in the securities, insurance and inventor services fields (like InventHelp) can quickly answer this question; scam outfits cannot. Compliance is an expense to a company and not a source of profit. Only the most honest firms will offer you proof.
